The Story Behind the House Sketch
The story behind the house sketch is deeply personal. When I moved to Paris, I found myself thinking a lot about home. As a Lebanese woman living abroad, I carried my memories, roots, and sense of belonging with me wherever I went. I was reminded of the famous quote from The Wizard of Oz: “There is no place like home.” Then I realized something beautiful: no matter where we come from, almost all of us drew the same house when we were children a small house with a roof, windows, a door, and often a chimney. In our minds, it represented the perfect home, a place of comfort, love, safety, and happiness.
The house sketch is more than a simple drawing. It is a universal symbol of belonging, childhood memories, and the dream of having a place where we feel truly at home. Through this piece, I wanted to transform that innocent childhood sketch into a meaningful jewel a reminder that home is not just a place, but a feeling that stays with us wherever life takes us.

What kind of sketches do you accept?
Any image! The more personal and raw, the better. We do all the refining. You just need the spark.
How long does the process take?
From approved design to delivery, typically 6 to 10 weeks. We’ll give you an accurate timeline when we respond to your inquiry.
How much does it cost?
Every piece is unique, so pricing is quoted individually after we’ve reviewed your sketch and discussed materials. No obligation at the inquiry stage.
Can I choose the metal and stones?
Absolutely. We work in 18k yellow, white, and rose gold. Stones — diamonds, sapphires, rubies, and more — can all be discussed during the design phase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we work with clients around the world. All pieces are shipped fully insured with tracking.
Is it a good gift?
It is perhaps the most personal gift imaginable. We also offer gift certificates if you’d like to give the experience itself.
